Welcome to www.reclaimhappy.com (the “Site”), owned and operated by Reclaim Happy LLC (“Reclaim Happy,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By using this site or booking a coaching session with us, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully.

1. Who We Are

Reclaim Happy provides CBT-informed life coaching, mindset coaching, and related wellness support, in person and online, for adults seeking support with anxiety, depression, self-worth, relationships, career, grief, and related life challenges.

2. Not a Substitute for Therapy or Medical Care

Life coaching is not therapy, counseling, psychiatric treatment, or medical care, and our coaches do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or considering harming yourself, please contact 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or call 911 immediately. Coaching services should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional medical or mental health treatment.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to book a coaching session or use our services on your own behalf. A parent or legal guardian may submit information and book a coaching session on behalf of a minor; in doing so, the parent or guardian confirms they have the authority to consent to coaching services for that minor and accepts these Terms on the minor's behalf.

4. Using Our Site

You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes and not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its systems.
• Copy, reproduce, or distribute site content without our permission.
• Use the site to transmit harmful code, spam, or unlawful content.

5. Booking, Fees, and Cancellations

• Coaching sessions are currently $75 per session unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Payment is due at the time of booking or as otherwise arranged and is processed securely through our third-party payment provider.
• We do not charge cancellation fees. We simply ask that you give us as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule so we can offer the time slot to another client.
• Reclaim Happy reserves the right to reschedule sessions when necessary and will provide reasonable notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including text, graphics, logos, videos, and blog articles—is owned by Reclaim Happy or used with permission and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute this content without our written permission.

7. Testimonials and Reviews

Testimonials and reviews shared on this site reflect individual client experiences and are not a guarantee of similar results for every client.

8. Third-Party Links and Embedded Content

Our site may include links to third-party websites and embedded content (such as YouTube videos and social media). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these third parties.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

This site and our coaching services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results from coaching.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reclaim Happy LLC and its coaches shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our coaching services.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Reclaim Happy LLC harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Ohio.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
